Our senior finance broker - Thomas Sudds recently completed a £450,000 asset finance project. Hotel La Tour, the privately-owned British hospitality company, recently opened their new £39 million hotel in the heart of Milton Keynes, with our funding helping to complete the fit-out of the premises.
Hotel La Tour's new property, opened in April 2022, boasts an impressive mirror steel-clad exterior designed by PHP Architects and will feature 261 bedrooms, 14,000 square feet of flexible events space, a gym and a 14th-floor restaurant and sky bar offering the highest viewpoint in the county.
The customer required funding for IT, catering and conference furniture whilst being in a pre-revenue stage. Tom was able to use our 80+ lending panel to find the client the funding they required with Approved Business Finance also providing being one of the lenders to help complete this deal.
