WHAT ARE CAPITAL ALLOWANCES?
Capital Allowances aim to reduce the tax paid by businesses through depreciation of expenditure on; equipment or building purchases, construction works, refurbishment or fit-outs.
Any commercial building has the potential for a Capital Allowances claim, whether it's freehold or leasehold. ATL will work with you to obtain tax savings and improve your cash flow position. The relief can sometimes take the form of a tax credit or refund.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCES
(RDA)
RDA is available on assets used in the process of carrying out research and development such as building and equipment.
